So, when you click on Messenger Center HERE

and then on Inbox, you can’t see various pages of messages?

Only the 6 most recent messages from today and yesterday. Page 2 thru 5 have no messages.

I just found that 1500+ messages are in "Sent" for some reason, spanning 157 pages going back to 2013. I am not sure where they came from. I may have to delete the 157 pages one page by one page unless there is some way to mass delete. Gassho, J stlah

A further twist ...

So, I hit "select all" on many of the 157 pages, then DELETE, then click on "YES, I am sure messages will be moved to Trash" and ... nothing happens. Messages will not delete. The message stay in the Sent box, going back to 2012.

When I do as Bion suggests (can't find his suggestion), it seems to work in bits. I need to empty trash, it refills at about 3 or 4 pages, and I empty again. Gassho, J

I can see your signature just fine. And double-checked that "Display Signatures" is enabled in your user settings, too.
It should work now. Hmm.

It must be me, when I go to Messages and highlight/click new I see the original messages and it says 2 Replies. But I can not access he replies. I know what they are because a copy is sent to my email

Doshin, every message has on top the name of the person you are messaging with, for example Doshin and I or something like that and underneath, there’s the topic of the messages. Click on that the conversation opens up. Let me know if it works, please!

I was able to manually delete 95% of the thousands of messages in my inbox and sent, but about 1 page of about 10 messages will not delete and read "invalid data." Apparently, this is an issue with other people too ...

Apparently it is low priority for vBulletin to fix, though many people reporting the issue ..

I believe that the many prior deleted messages turning up in the sent folder, in those cases where they were not already visible in the old forum software, are due to the issue, one of the threads you found, describes.
An update from old vBulletin 4, where they were only marked deleted and not really gone. The new software showing everything that is still there.
It is possible that the "Invalid data" issue is the same described there. Maybe there is some other workaround, I haven't found yet. One of the threads is 6 years, the other 3 years old.

I don't know if others already advised you, but go to the drop down box next to your little photo in upper right corner, click "User Settings," then "Account," then scroll down to this, make sure there is a check next to both Show Signatures and Show Avatars:

Not sure what you mean, Sho, but the Priest Bio thread is here (https://forum.treeleaf.org/forum/tre...novice-priests), but was never linked to people's avatar photos. The avatar photos just take you to the person's profile page.

I believe you are referring to the Lineage page on our Homepage.
The links there only work when you are logged in (as they are in the "All about life" section) and they open the bio thread in a new window, where the page is relocated to the individual bio.
I have checked with Chrome on Windows and Mac and with Safari. Maybe a browser or security settings (links not allowed to open new windows / other settings)?
