    It didn’t feel pleasant, it didn’t feel anything really. Just balanced.

    Reflecting on it a bit more, I am also noticed that when I am in a low mood, my sitting seems to be at its best (if I can actually get myself on the cushion), and I wasn’t feeling very chipper at the time in question.

    It was probably that more than anything.
