Thank you for this lesson… sometimes I find myself being a little too rigid with myself about this. Thoughts and emotions come and I realize I am tensing up as a result. Almost an inner rigidity that I now was able to release and let go of. I guess was attached to “not attaching”!( Best to let that go too!) This attachment thing is tricky!
