Sunday Sit with Washin and Shugen

I just finished 40 minutes with Sunday Sit, surprising myself, vision acuity when eyes are open the sharpest it's been in years. The AVM behind my right eye, and I am right dominate brain healing; like one of saved after a great passenger ship is sinking, only difference, my joy does not subside!

thanks all for being here -- i will say the large number of folks is a "change" from the early days of treeleaf

just back from a week in the 4 corners wilderness -- for those who are fortunate enough to be able to do a solo nature retreat, it can be quite powerful, an effortless zazen -- came home to a house and wife i wasn't so familiar with -- a psychedelic experience without external chemicals
