I sat and walked waking meditation for the time to 8:45. I then attended a Recovery Dharma meeting. Thank you [emoji120] Washin for leading us in The Heart Sutra.

Early by 1/2 hour, but practicing a new skill taught me at Sanford Hospital: two finger touch typing. It's saving my frame, my body, my shoulders. The idea is the same, each letter on the keyboard touched with left and right index fingers; the activity an excellent way to get around the keyboard. I'm getting good at it. This morning I'm early for Sunday Sit, Clock reads 7:40 a.m. Had thought I was late; sat yesterday afternoon. Thankful for Standard Time. Not late.
