    Hey Bob,

I get bumped at about 20 minutes also. I think I'm still in the zen hall but just under the mebeam header instead of the treeleaf header.

Good to see you this morning.

Yeh I've noticed that at the end of a sit I'm in mebeam land, click the back button on the browser and you're still in the zendo, weird :?

Re: Pre-Announcement: The Always Open Zazen Cafe

hi ron, longdog -- was difficult this morning as i tried to do the zazenkai, was getting kicked out frequently(i was reaching down to my laptop so much that i realized this must be what the buddha was doing in that one mudra where he's touching the earth - he's actually clicking his mouse: the treeleaf mudra  ) -- so then i rebooted into the linux program i have, fluxbuntu -- no problems! -- it even was refreshing itself, without booting me out, for about 2 hours -- maybe just a coincidence, but i'll compare notes again with you after a few days of my using linux, and see if this is the fix, at least for me

but really, with just a little digital manipulation, i'm sure some creative member out there could get a photo of buddha in that pose, and insert a mouse in his hand -- make a great t-shirt for the world's first online sangha

My computer is giving me fits. It takes forever to bring up two screens etc. to sit in the zendo. I think I'm going to start doing the "sit-along with Jundo" for awhile and stay out of the hall.

Bob, I'll check the sitting schedule and may still join you in the mornings if I can.

Don't worry ... this is how we'll all be sitting together at Treeleaf in a few years. Be patient. (Don't think I'm joking) 8)

LONDON, England (CNN) -- You're walking along a street in Roman Pompeii at the start of the first millennium when you notice a spectacular stone building. You reach out towards it and your guide informs you it's a temple to the god Jupiter, built in 200 BC. With a flick of your wrist you save the data and, school assignment complete, you step out of your Cocoon and back into your living room.

Educational historical journeys are just one possible use of the Immersive Cocoon, a walk-in virtual-reality pod being developed by NAU, an international design collective that aims to revolutionize the way we interact with computers.

pretty active in the zen hall this morning -- there was me and ron, but who were the 2 other screens? - they came out as blue, so couldn't tell -- welcome!

I have been having trouble getting into the Zen Hall using the Zendo drop down at the top right of the screen. If I go to the mebeam homepage (http://www.mebeam.com) and type in "treeleaf zendo" in the box, it works.(Thanks Bob) Is anyone else having the same problem?

                                Hi Guys,

Maybe some of our more computer literate folks (not Ron or me) might want to look into this? You might want to look over at the McBeam blog for everyone and see if you can gather any information. Maybe some technology change or issues? Might I commission someone to do that, and I hereby appoint you our official Ambassador to McBeam. Congratulations! :-) You could ask Skye too, but he is soooo busy.

Kindly look here too and see if you can figure out the problems for us. Much appreciated.
