    ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

      Thank you, everyone. It was 90F ( 32°C) in the house here, so if my audio was a bit noisy, it was because of the fan I had going ( which sort of helped, but I was still drenched in sweat for the whole 2 hrs ). I appreciate you sincere efforts, everyone!
