Sunday Sit with Washin and Shugen

Thanks very much to Shugen and Washin for today's sit. It's so much 'easier' to sit with others, and I'm very grateful for the opportunity to sit with all of you.

Pre-lockdown, Sunday afternoon was spent in the pub watching football - I mightn't go back!

A sincere thank you also to Onkai for the daily sits, which I love to do but which I can only do when I'm working from home, and I know the boss isn't looking for me! (I wonder how Jundo might feel about his tree-leafers mitching off work to do zazen!)
