I apologize for the way I attended Sunday Sit. I woke with horrible pain. I was controlling pain first by reclining during zazen; then I applied an ice pack which cooled my suffering neck and shoulders. The ice allowed me to complete the final zazen and chants with proper attendance. Thank you for understanding. I am grateful for my understanding Treeleaf Zendo.
