Yes the dust itself is a mirror.

I remember Buddha story about Culapantaka, who become an Arhat after Buddha asked him to swept the floor.
He swept swept swept, but the dust keep coming and coming, so he swept again again and again.

I think in my opinion, at the end he realized that the dust itself is dustless.


About justice you said. I think the whole world already in justice, even with the whole injustice thinks.

Just like our planet earth. Its orbit is not perfectly circle. The orbit of Venus Mars Jupiter and other planet move in imperfect way. But, the movement of these planet creates a balance gravity which allows all the planet not to be absorbed by the gravity of the sun. If we see from the bigger perspective, the whole civilization collapsed and re-appear again. All is coming and going and coming again.

But yes, we still try to do something to bring justice in this world. This is our path, even though like the planets, our orbit may seems "not perfect", but actually, it is just perfectly imperfect justice.
