    Dear All,

    Our Treeleaf Zazenkai is for 90 minutes with Zazen, Heart Sutra and more. We meet virtually in our Zoom Scheduled Sitting Room here:

    ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

            I just joined offline. And seeing Kojitsu's spirit to join the Zazenkai, I admire him.

            Today's topic about the river.
            Life's challenge is like river which sometimes harsh sometimes calm. But if we take the river's water using a cup, then "is the water inside my cup calm or harsh?"
            Let's sip the cup in Zazen.
