    Please sit our Treeleaf Zazenkai for 90 minutes with Zazen, Heart Sutra and more. We meet virtually in our Zoom Scheduled Sitting Room here:

    ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

        Sigh. I miss the zazenkais. Emma is now 5 months and not even close to getting time for a zazenkai with the routines in this house. I am very grateful I manage to si everyday, but I do miss these.

          Your'e not alone, at the other end of the spectrum of life, I've got elderly parents to look after and we do most of their tasks at the weekend ( they're 93 and 86 and live independently at home, just need a little bit of help )....I catch up during the week, on a quiet evening.
