ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

Sorry I was late. I missed the time change. Also had sound issues with my computer!
      Thank you all

Thank you all. I am feeling much better this afternoon. The Zazenkai must have done the trick!

Special thanks to Bion and Washin for the "middle of the night" service.

I came up with a new word ... InfluenZAzen.

Actually, Mina has it today, so I am the nurse. I'm 80% back.

And we have some priests and family with the vid. Oh boy!!

                Stay healthy, everyone.

Yes, the flu was a Christmas gift for our whole family this year. It was hitting me pretty good during Zazenkai, but being muted has it's benefits. It's been a rough ride, but knowing that it's not going to last forever helps. Yay, impermanence!
