Granted, I kind of stole that answer from Dongshan and Daoying, two of our ancestors.

ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late", so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

I will unfortunately have to sit with this on demand. Car decided to have the AC not working anymore. Today it was 96 with real feel of 102. So, we have to go and swap our car out at the shop and get a family member's car to loan us for the time being. Will not make it back in time for Zazenkai.

Wishing everyone a very good "Where's Jundo?" Zazenkai. Perhaps, if you find the real Jundo, then you may very well attain Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi.

Thank you, everybody - I sat with you today asynchronously for the first time. For me, with my high levels of anxiety, such a long session felt like swimming against the tide, but it's great to be connected with other people.

Lifehack: to fit 30 minutes of zazen into a shorter time slot, just set the recording speed to 1.25 or 1.5 (just kidding ).
