Now, maybe it's a strange time to sit or maybe you're always hitting the cushion about now. Either way it is a moment, so it's a zazen moment.
So, what's the deal?
It's 25 mins of zazen and then chatting and hanging out for 10 mins.
Or it's 25 mins zazen and then feel free to take your leave.
Or it's me, sitting zazen on his own for 25 mins .......and then another 10 mins. Don't worry if it is, I always sit at this time anyway!
It's unpredictable like life,
But it is zazen and chat......at the Moment by Moment Hangout!
Timings
Hellos at 30 mins past the hour.
Start bell, 35 mins past the hour
End bell on the hour, followed by the hangout
