Hello.
Dropping a little note here for everyone to say that given that this particular meeting has not been attended in some time, although Choujou has tried to keep it going, but he just ends up being there by himself, we'll put a pause on it and maybe revisit it in the future, should there be a need for that. Choujou might be looking into hosting something else at a more suitable time as he suggested this might be an awkward time both for Euros and US folks. So, for now, we'll be taking this meeting off the calendar.

Sorry to not make it. The time is quite late so it is tricky to me to be awake and sometimes I sleep before the time . In a day with work, judo, kid plus age can be very challenging when the subject is to sleep late.

Hi everyone

Just here to express my gratitude for this little "moment-to-moment" zazen we are doing. Somehow the time is working for me at the "moment" and I'm loving that we get to know each other a little and have a "mini dharma talk" after zazen. I was thinking that we could start dropping some Koans there too, what you guys think? I'll propose it next zazen.
