Just about to do second sit in 25 mins time, quickly walk the dog round the block then on to my 3rd session
seems my life is revolved around this Zazenathon, that's ok with me.

I'll be more prepared for the 20yr anniversary Zazenathon, I'll take the week off work (not like I need an excuse but this is good a reason as any in my book)

If I ever managed to do what Jundo is about to do, I'd be chuffed especially if I managed to stay awake that long. Don't think I've ever done that, let alone whilst trying to meditate!
I must work out how to use Google + and more importantly how to use my webcam so I can join in (time difference is a bit of a challenge though between UK, USA and Japan.

I finally managed how to see avatars and put one of my own up too.....things are looking up.

I guess I'll see you on Insight Timer tomorrow Grace (might be today for you, I can never work out these time zones)
