Monday through Thursday Evening Zazen with Shingen

Hello everyone,

I will be hosting a evening zazen for anyone who would like to sit Monday to Thursday. I will be doing the robe verse and the Heart Sutra before zazen and if anyone would like to take the lead on it, you are more than welcome ... but also know you can just come and sit if that works for you as well. =)

Here is the break down of times.

Pacific: 7pm-7:40pm
N. American Eastern: 10pm-10:40pm
London: 3am-3:40am
Paris: 4am-4:40am
Japan: 11am-11:40am

Notes: Will start zazen with the robe verse and the Heart Sutra on the hour (about 10mins). Folks are more than welcome to volunteer to chant if they wish or you can join for just zazen.

Yes, I will send out and invite ... actually, if folks are interested to post your intention here. Then I will create a new group and add folks to that group, so then the whole Treeleaf Sangha doesn't get overwhelmed by all the requests. =)
