Monday through Thursday Evening Zazen with Shingen

May I be added to this? Or does one have to be at a certain level of experience, knowledge, ability ..... If so, I understand.

If permitted, I think I could try nighttime. Might not be able to sit for all, but at least a few minutes.

One of the reasons I moved my evening sit from 10pm to 11pm EST was to avoid any overlap with your 40 minute sits at 9:30pm. But with two nights at 10:30pm EST we'll be back to the same issue.

I would think we could find a way so there is no overlap.

Hey Jakuden,

This week I am doing a trial to help meet the different time zones. So Monday and Wednesday are later at 7:30pm (PST) which is 10:30pm (EST), Tuesday and Thursday are at 5:30pm (PST) which is 8:30pm (EST). This way I can hopefully sit with more of you which is always a good thing. =)

I blame the Daylight Savings all on Saskatchewan. =) LOL *kidding* Yes for sure, trying to balance out times to cover as many time zones as possible without over lap so people can have a place to connect and sit together. So these times are not set in stone and I am working with folks to get them ironed out. =)

So, turns out these times don't usually work for me, most days I only have a short window where I could possibly do an online sit between 9:30 and 10:30 PM. Usually before that, my younger daughter is still up and interacting with me, and after that I am in bed, lol. Keep sending me invites though, as I will surely join at times, if I am up later than usual or if she is not around.
