Hi all, I will try a zazen on G+ tomorrow at 4pm Paris time. Someone can join me at this time?

I guess you need to add me on G+ to make it possible to join me. I did a zazen 1 hour ago, inviting all Treeleafers, but it seems that some didn't receive my invitation.

I'm working on it with difficulties, I will make some test untill tomorrow so be patien if you receive a "test" post.

Hi guys!

Just to let you know I'll be sitting daily on G+, early in the mornings.

I used to do this with my main computer but it is too noisy, so I had to stop.

Recently I fixed my laptop which is nice and quiet, so I'm back at sitting on G+.

So if you want, join me every morning at 5:30 AM (GMT-6). To see my local time click here.

Since it's too early and I don't want to wake anyone up (mics off, please), I just:

- Silently chant the Heart Sutra
- Sit for 40 or 45 minutes
- Silently chant the Verse of Atonement and the Four Vows

I'll start the Hangout and post the invite to our Google+ Community.
