          This is most appropriate as I dedicate myself to Refuge in the Buddha, I dedicate myself to Refuge in the Dharma, I dedicate myself to Refuge in the Sangha, and this is more important than my little thoughts, acts and deeds, as I rededicate myself to the teachings, and now I atone for my dishonesty and anger, this is the Buddha, the Dharma, the Sangha, and this is my community, and the precepts.
