    Hey Kakunen,

There is an old saying my granny thought me, "You can't love others until you love yourself". Doing so is not a selfish act, but an act that benefits all beings.

Can you throw your body for something?

      I come back from Sesshin.

I read your scribe.Thank you very much.

And I am only Japanese at here, and maybe my level of reading English is most low.

But I keep on practicing here, reason why I feel different feeling from Japanese Buddhism.

Almost Buddhist in Japan is business man,so I worry about this and be influenced by them.

Anyway,I need to express my feeling now.

From my childhood,my family at violence.

And I feel I am a father of my parents.

So difficult to grow my good ego,so I can’t save myself first.

This is what start point of my Buddhism way.

But Zazen can grow right power of decision.

So before I leave Tokyo, separating family,I feel in deep mind.

I didn’t live my own life.

I accept this fact,so I can understand what Jundo and Shingen said.

I did only hard practice for 17year,after my father run away.

But I realize that hard practice is easy to do.And incrise ego.

So I stop doing such practice.

Reason why I make this thread is now this theme is important for me,and you.

      I will keep right practice.
