Here is how it works: I will take ordinary English words that sound as close as possible to stand for each of the following. For example: Shin = Shin (of the leg) Disregard

Thank you everyone for posting and contributing to this thread. I can't help but feel a bit guilty as I read them, as chanting the Heart Sutra has not been part of my practice for a very long time.
Life gets busy and I forget. I am going to add the Heart Sutra to my practice again, even if it's only several times a week.
