          Hi Kakunen,

I am sure that you can find much advice and much information about Zen in Japanese language, as Zen comes from Japan.

I am sorry that there are things that you do not understand in English.

If you met people from 30 countries, and they can all communicate faily well with each other, then maybe the problem is not with them?

            Hello Kakunen,

I know this might be a little different, but kindness, love, openness, giving, smiles, patience ... these qualities are a universal language. Whether Japanese, Canadian, American, European, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, or Muslim we all know and can practice these qualities.

A smile and patience can be the only language we need to know ... each of those can help us understand each other. =)

I am American, but I have friends from many cultures and countries, and all religions. I respect all cultures and all religions, as humanity is from all.

I'm sorry if my silence has upset you. I have been silent when i do not feel well, and sometimes things are busy with my family.

My silence is not meant as personal or rude. It is meant as respect.

I do not speak Japanese, but I hope to learn some day. I know some Spanish, limited Arabic and recognize a few others.

                        I can understand your English.
I feel this is a kind of answer.

                        Jundo's English is sometimes difficult.

Why does Jundo's English is difficult?

I think he scribe lots of answer and maybe he is genious and using kind of slang and to omit...省略.

Sorry I almost can not understand Jundo's scribe in this thread. So I can not answer his scribe.

                          •Do not use slang.

                          •Do not use difficult word.

I want Treeleafer to think about it.
If everybody take care about it,maybe many country person will join here.

                            Hello Kakunen,

Jundo and I speak the same thing, even if we use different words. Jundo, myself, and all here at Treeleaf feel that what we believe in is what's important, not the words or language we use. We all want to practice, share, and learn the Dharma together.

Sometimes we may not see the teachings, even when they are in front of us. Let go of past, be open and accepting of your life right here, right now. Love your son, love your family, love your teacher, even if they do things you don't understand. Sometimes things in life have answers, sometimes they do not. Either way, open your heart, open your mind and be grateful for the teaching that is in front of you.

Funny thing, here you and I are talking, sharing, and learning together. You may think your English is not good enough, but I understand what you are saying. My Japanese is not good at all, but you understand what I am saying. Kakunen, it seems we are communicating very well. Thank you for this practice! =)
