I love the Korean version. I remember this is the heart sutra in Treeleaf website in around 2008

I agree with Bion that the chanting is actually part of Buddhist tradition because the Sutra was not recorded using writing back before in Buddha time. It was remembered and chanted. And I myself found that by remembering the sutra, for example heart sutra, it always reminds me with the teaching. And by chanting it everyday, it reminds me everyday.
While the chanting itself with the sound of Mokugyo, every single syllable become the whole sutra. Just like a single water on the sea is no different with the whole Ocean. So chanting is also can be like Zazen when we drop all intellectual thinking and go with the flow of the chanting.
So it is a beautiful practice of Buddhist tradition.
