3rd in a Series:
Is Zen and all Buddhism a cult of the past, narrowly believing that good methods are to be found only in what existed 50, 500 or 1000 years ago?
YES! ... if we limit ourselves only to those old ways, as beautiful and powerful as they are for so many of us.
NO! ... but only if we are cautiously open to new ways, in complement of the ancient ways, as means to rescue both individuals and humanity as a whole.
Let us now invite science and technology, medicine, new-biology, engineering, nanotech, genetics and coming advances in neuro-science to expand the amazing repertoire of Zen and Buddhist rituals and techniques helpful to realize our Vows.
