Wu style 108 form but honestly for everything else there is Granny Style (if I add up all the hours that I've done doing exercise, it's been 90% this with the best results). As well as the warm ups for wu style I do them all the time... I've Just recently stopped being self-conscious about doing it wherever I am or whenever I feel like i....people think I'm crazy... But less crazy than maybe 20 years ago....

    This granny is the best

I'm getting on the bandwagon here and looking to add about 10 minutes of easy Tai Chi or Kiko to my morning yoga flow/stretch routine but am inundated with information about different style, moves, "energy balancing" and the like. I'm not really interesting in paying for classes but . . . help?????

Maybe you like the short Qigong exercises of Lee Holden at his channel "Holden Qigong" on YouTube. There is also a Morning Qi Gong 10 min exercise.
