Nice photos of snow. Being a desert rat I love looking at photos of snow, or distant dusted mountain tops, or flakes gently falling, but could use a break from it in the southwest which is why I chose to live here NM has received severe weather, my son's family live near Dallas, TX that has had tornados, ice, flooding. Closed roads prevented me from getting home a few times the past couple of weeks ...and they were roads in the desert! All good, all part of the earth's cycle but maybe some due to human contributions to climate change. Guess I better build a snowman.

Stay Warm My Friends...my wife says I need to quit being stubborn and put on a jacket.

Aw so cute!! Congratulations! Our Shepherd will be 12 in March, unfortunately his degenerative myelopathy will likely prevent him from seeing another winter after this one :-(

Sorry about your geriatric shepherd. We have another shepherd and 2 dobermans. Both breeds are very smart but I like shepherds better. They are much more active, affectionate and always actively guarding the owner. Dobermans are more dopie and wait for trouble to come but when it does they turn into defensive machines.
