Hello,

after a freezing cold night, in expectation of quite some work outdoors, I was pretty close to curse winter for it's cold.
Opening the window shutters made me very still and awestruck.
Winter's cold brought me a bouquet of beautiful glittering flowers.

Beautiful. I used to wake up each morning as a kid keen to see what art work frost would leave on my window. One drawback of current modern windows... they’re too darn efficient to form frost.

Beautiful Kotei; we used to get lots of frost on windows but as Tairin says, windows now are too darn efficient to form frost.

Beautiful. I used to wake up each morning as a kid keen to see what art work frost would leave on my window. One drawback of current modern windows... they’re too darn efficient to form frost.

Luckily they were on the outside of the well isolated 45° roof windows and we've had some light fog from the nearby river and sudden frost and clear sky in the early morning. Seems to be a rare occasion these days.
