One of the things that makes pixelsorting inspiring to me is actually watching the process happen (and interacting with it as it occurs). It is difficult to capture due to the resolutions involved and such, but since "perfect" is the enemy of "good", I captured three videos with a camera on a tripod.
Between the capture method and youtube's transcoding, everything is pretty fuzzy (setting your quality to "HD" will help, but only so much). My apologies.
Byrne's print - a single algorithm throughout:

Cooperix's Ink - a few different algorithms in the first half to thoroughly scramble things, and a single algorithm in the second half to let it just drift.
