We had the flu shot! I was reading recently that they have to guess a couple of years before, and their are many variations, and it is hit or miss. I guess they missed for us this year.

HOWEVER, always highly recommended I believe for children, the elderly and others with physical risk. Consult you doctor.

I figured you must have had the shot, since you were traveling and all. We are traveling for the holiday too, airports and restaurants and hotels and all their assorted germiness. My kids hate how I am always brandishing the hand sanitizer.

No, my wife got the same thing two days ahead of me like clockwork. My joke is that I made it through India without a tummy ache ... and got socked with something from the wife.

By the way, did I mention how I went into one restaurant in India, recommended by a friend, where a cow wandered in to sample the soup, siticking its head into and lapping up the pot. The owner chased off the cow ... apparently you can't kill cows in India, but you can hit them and yell ... then went ahead and served the soup out of the same pot? I had been served pre-cow, so went ahead with the meal.
