May we, together with all buddhas; Practice Right Mindfulness, That we may attain the other shore.

Please use this Gatha today. Write it down. Say it a few times throughout the day. Make it yours; change the wording to feel comfortable.. And, at the end of the day, please share a comment below about what this Gatha means to you and how it works for you.
