The Fourteenth Gate
Benevolence is a gate of Dharma illumination; for [with it] good roots prevail in all the situations of life.
Benevolence :
desire to do good to others; goodwill; charitableness
Gatha:
May we, together with all beings
Actualize openness and generosity
That we may prevail in all situations of life.
May this offering bring peace to all beings
May our actions contribute to the harmony of The Universe
And, may all hearts and minds be opened to The Present.
