The Fifty-seventh Gate
The four bases of mystical power are a gate of Dharma illumintion; for [with them] the body-and-mind is light.
The four bases of mystical power / acting at will :
1) chanda (volition),
2) vīrya (effort),
3) citta (intelligence),
4) mīmāṃsā (profound consideration)
mystical:
obscure in meaning; mysterious.
May we together with all buddhas
Reflect on acting at will
That we may remove weight of decisions
.
May this offering bring peace to all beings
May our actions contribute to the harmony of The Universe
And, may all hearts and minds be opened to the present.
