The Thirty-fourth Gate
Inhibition of self-conceit is a gate of Dharma illumination; for [with
it] wisdom is fulfilled.
Self-conceit
an excessively favorable opinion of oneself, one's abilities, etc.; vanity
May we, together with all buddhas
Refrain from the practice of self-conceit
That we may know true wisdom
May this offering bring peace to all beings
May our actions contribute to the harmony of The Universe
And, may all hearts and minds be opened to the present.
