      Hi Michael,
we are having a google calendar included in our webpage, where you can adjust to your timezone for a general overview and also add all or a single event to your calendar.
In the individual calendar entries, you can find the link to the Zoom room, where the event is happening.

      Gassho,

          Hey All,

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your dedication to your Practice by showing up and sitting together. It means the world to me seeing you each day. I’m truly honoured to be a small part of your daily Practice.

Whether you are a regular, drop in from time to time, or this is your first live sit I appreciate you with all my heart. The Early Bird crew wouldn’t be the same without you.

Thank you for creating this space, Onki.

Please know this expression of gratitude is reciprocated. For my part, I so appreciate having a scheduled group meditation offering at this time each morning and have found that it has grown into a real sense of community.

            Gasshō and PEACE!!!,

              Hi Onki,

Thanks for being there so early to turn on the lights and hold the space for us to practice together. I'm so happy to have been able to adjust my morning schedule to join you all a few mornings each week.

                Hey, all,

With the new year in full swing I am grateful to each and every one of you for attending the Early Bird Zazen group. Without you, none of this would be possible. I love getting up early every morning, turning on my laptop, and seeing all of your beautiful faces.

May this year be filled with love, compassion, kindness, and peace.

Thank you for sitting with me.
