Having returned from an epic family road trip, it feels good to be back on the zafu after haphazard car zazen (aka falling asleep in the passenger seat)... If life is analogous with music then vacations are the drum solo. Yes, they're exciting but it feels good to return to the chorus and a familiar rhythm! May we all be at peace embracing all conditions of life. 🙏🙏🙏
