                First, metta to Daizan and his family.

                I sat Zazenkai tonight (this was my second one). Very restless today, but pushed through.

                  Good job Tyler, sounds like you took Jundo's advice about persistence :-). When I started here I had a hard time with the Zazenkai's even though I had been sitting regularly for years... anything beyond 15 minutes seemed a long sit... wasn't sure if I would ever be able to do really long ones! But practicing here helped me get used to it gradually to the point where I was able to do our Rohatsu weekend, then attend an actual sesshin at a Monastery. Thanks for sitting with us!
