Thank you all so much for sitting with me. First time I have done a Zazenkai in a while and was lovely even if I did have to lie down for most of it.
After not hearing The Heart Sutra for a time too, the meaning seemed to stand out starkly: "Take experience for what it is and don't try to make it into anything!"
