Many thanks to Jundo and all the gang who got this wonderful Zazenkia going. First time I've ever sat so long but went like a breeze.
I postponed the start of my Ango for a day- I had a humdinginger of a cold for these past few days, all snot and sniffles - but feel like a new man today.
