Im new to treeleaf and zazen. This was the first zazenkai that Ive attended,(via recording) and the first time that Ive ever sat for that long. It definitely brought up some feelings I wasnt expecting. Agitation, impatience, restlessness, but all things I was able to recognize as they were happening. Makes me inspired to keep sitting.
