Also ... Greetings from our regular sitter here at Treeleaf Tsukuba in Japan, Mr. K ....

... who has so taken to Practice that he has gone off for a month (maybe more if he can) to sit with our friend Abbot Muho at Antaiji.

He called me yesterday to say that he is hanging in there so far with the hard labor and 15 hours of 45 minute sittings!

He said that he is still sitting with all of us, but he does wish he were in better shape and a little younger!

    Nine Bows, Jundo

I'll try to be there. I've had the flu all week and am feeling pretty depleted.
Warm regards to Mr. K too.

Sorry for the question, I often get confused with the world time.
My computer claims Tokio is (considering German DLST) 7 hours ahead of me.
I am 8pm, my clock is showing Tokio 3am tomorrow.

So my question is, should it be Paris 3am above?
I won't be participating live this time, but would like to in future.

                  Thank you.

Mr. K. wrote to say that, since yesterday was a Sesshin at Antaiji, today is a "Housan" (a traditional light day for the priests to do their laundry, shave their heads and such) ... so he will be using some of his precious time to sit with us today during Zazenkai one way!! Lovely.
