I'm on sick leave at home recovering from an operation and wasn't sure about the long sitting but wanted to join and decided to try to sit with you (recorded version) on a chair.
i'm afraid after 50 minutes I went back to bed but was very happy to sit and share.

The Zazenkais are recorded so that you may sit them according to your schedule.

Thank you. I can certainly watch on my own time. But for participation in the livecast specifically is it always the same schedule or does it vary from time to time? If feel bad if I never showed up for a livecast. :-)

Ahhhh.....

So far it's been pretty consistently the same. On rare occasions it may be at a different time. Very Rare....😀
