No thing in this universe is ever the same. Same but very different, different and thus precisely the same. Are you the same each time you sit with the sitting? If not, then the sitting is not the same. 8) And that is just the 'same old same old'.

Realize the meaning of such, and there are no "technical difficulties".

I was sold a cool, refreshing Heineken at the start of Zazenkai this week: all those fresh droplets of water on the ice cold bottle; all those beautiful people relieving their thirst; how healthy and athletic those models looked, despite their drinking habit. Samsara IS nirvana after all!
