    ATTENTION: Everyone, when rising for Kinhin or Ceremonies after Zazen, get up slowly, don't rush, hold something stable, you won't be "late," so TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure you are careful getting up!

                            Thank you for the reminder on the simplicity of shikantaza, Jundo. The silence following your teaching was especially void of tension for me -- much needed, especially as Ango is beginning to get underway.
