    Hi

    I also share some video and article.
    Sekishi ask me about earthquake at Tohoku in my Dharma talk.

    When I was at this earthquake,I was teacher at elementary school at Chiba,from Tohoku about few hour.

    But so dangerous situations,I can not express word.

    But as monk,like monk Koya said.
    We need to think right way,keep calm.

    We can not a refuse this fate.
    I think Zazen is way of accept to truth,we live in earth with ego.

    Please accept this fact and …

    Let’s sit Zazen!

          I can’t forget my practice history.

          I did lots of mistake.

          And now I feel pain in my heart sometimes.

          But this is part of my practice.

          Keep on practicing together!
