I've already sat this morning but took the opportunity to sit this Zazenkai in our ute at the shopping centre while my partner went shopping.
Not sure why but this week's talk really connected. It was the most gentle of slaps in the face and somehow what I needed, right here in the ute, right now with people and noise all around me.
