Thank you sangha, nice to sit with you all live today. My father has just been diagnosed with cancer, not sure where we are at with it yet as he still needs more tests. However, this weeks teaching 'it's okay but it's not, it's not okay but it is', is very pertinent for me. No doubt some of you have similar situations going on, and I think there is a lot of peace and comfort to be found in this teaching, as well as giving strength to support others through such times. Even for daily life, such is the pervasiveness of dukkha that you will always find a way to make this teaching relevant to yourself or your circumstances. It works this way for me at least.
Deep bows sangha buddies!
