Hey,

Everyone I have just finished sitting zazenkai with you all and it was great to see you as ever. Plus I finally got to see my Ango partner Leon's face so that was cool.

Thanks also for the talk on Bodhidharma. It really helps I think for these words to drift in whilst sitting zazen with everyone. Its like osmosis, I'm hoping.
