    I will be sitting again for Jundo as well, as well as a few others I have on my "sick list." I don't know what times I will be sitting yet, but I will.

                                    So far today I have sat 2.5 hours across 4 sessions. If not for the sit-a-thon, I can't be certain that my vacation practice would have gotten off to such a start.
